FUNCTIONAL NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) I have been certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association and trained to evaluate a client's nutritional needs, support optimal function, and identify nutritional deficiencies. Through real food, motivation, support and science I help manage and relieve the signs and symptoms of poor nutritional health and wellbeing leading to a happy and healthier lifestyle.

 
 

The Foundations of Functional Nutritional Therapy

  • We are all bio-individual; that our genetic and environmental makeup can determine our unique nutritional needs.
  • Our bodies have an innate intelligence that will tell us what our body needs.

Nutritional Therapy is founded on the work of nutritional pioneers such as Dr. Weston A. Price and Dr. Francis M. Pottenger, and the need for a nutrient-dense, whole food diet. As an NTA Nutritional Therapist, my approach is centered around the nutritional needs of each cell in the body and on the bio-availability of the nutrients being consumed.

 

I work with clients one on one in my practice or online via Skype sessions.

Initial Consultation: In person or via Skype (50 minutes)

During our initial consult, we establish the basis of your current health and wellness circumstances. 
The consult includes a full health assessment QnA, so we can begin to understand areas of priority. We’ll discuss diet, lifestyle, particular concerns and of course your goals!

After the consult, we provide you with our Comprehensive Health Assessment Survey, which will provide a detailed ‘Symptom Burden Report’ (see example below).


Detailed Evaluation and Personal Protocol: (60 minutes)

Here we discuss in detail the results of your Comprehensive Health Assessment Survey, and all other info we’ve previously discussed, so that we can provide and help you implement your Personal Protocol. Your 4-Week Personal Protocol includes Nutritional Guidance (considering all requirements and intolerances), plan for Mindfulness and Movement, and the option of supplementation advice/supply if needed.

Ongoing Support:
