2 cups almond meal
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3 eggs
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 TBS chia seeds
2 TBS coconut oil
1 TBS cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla bean
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup raspberries 

In a bowl, mix together the almond meal, mashed banana, eggs, coconut, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla bean and baking powder. Once completely mixed well, gently stir in the raspberries so they stay nice and whole.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through and crunchy on top.
