This epic recipe is so easy to do and tastes phenomenal. And what I love most is the crumb is gluten free and grain free. I use the goodness of chia seeds in the crumb mixture and fry in organic coconut oil for added health and flavour.
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Generous amount of salt
Simply lightly coat your preferred chicken (I use chicken tenderloins) with some arrowroot flour, dip in some whisked eggs, and coat well with your crumb mixture! Fry up in some coconut oil and cook them through in the oven! Made using Nature's Way Superfoods.
