The first rule of nut butter cups - Always talk about nut butter cups.

1/2 cup cacao butter
1/2 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup coconut nectar, honey or maple
4 TBS shredded coconut
4 teaspoons nut butter
4 cupcake papers
Nature's Way cacao Nibs to Garnish

Melt the cacao butter, Nature's Way raw cacao and coconut nectar down to a delicious runny chocolate. Pour 1/2 of it into 4 paper cupcake moulds, sprinkle with the shredded coconut and set them in freezer till firm. Once set, spoon the nut butter and cover with the remaining 1/2 of chocolate, set till firm.
