Luke Hines’ GTC debut in the American Le Mans Series earned the 28 year-old suitable recognition as one of Europe’s leading sportscar drivers in 2010. Boasting a winning pedigree in every category he’s ever competed, with championship titles, race wins and podiums claimed from the karting ranks to single-seaters, the BTCC, GT1 and GT2, Hines is also a leading karting and young driver coach:

Aside from my job as a professional racing driver, I lead the coaching squad for the Zip Young Guns team. Created by my Dad, multiple British, European and World karting champion Martin Hines, the Young Guns has nurtured drivers such as Lewis Hamilton, Anthony Davidson and Jason Plato to name a few.

Autosport International is always a great way to kick off the new racing season. Last week’s show was no exception and helped me to get back in the swing of things.
